About The Position

Ethos is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to support and grow client partnerships across the Mountain territory. This remote role is suited to candidates based in Colorado, Idaho, Utah, or Wyoming and includes occasional travel. The position drives growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships in medical management, including nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review. The Regional Account Manager uses consultative sales skills to present Ethos’ solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and support seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the claims industry, such as workers’ compensation and/or liability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
• Detail-oriented, with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage the sales process autonomously.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
• B2B sales experience in nurse case management, IME, utilization review, or medical bill review.
• Familiarity with investigative services.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 client meetings per week, split approximately 50% virtual and 50% in person, with up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel of 2–3 trips per quarter.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business in the assigned territory.
• Make daily outreach contacts by phone, email, or other communication channels to drive engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare proposals tailored to medical management clients that highlight Ethos’ value proposition.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding and handoffs, and help drive client satisfaction.
