Join the Marcus Theatres Culinary Team as a Reel Sizzle Cook and help deliver food and exceptional guest service in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused environment. The role involves preparing and cooking food to recipe, maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation, and keeping kitchen stations organized, stocked, clean, and sanitary. Associates receive an accelerated training program and work in a professional, state-of-the-art kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Know kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set up kitchen equipment.
• Set up and break down stations and complete necessary advance preparation.
• Read tickets and produce orders.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
• Maintain food production and presentation quality.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean.
• Follow direction from the management team and food and beverage leadership.
• Assist in controlling food waste.
