About The Position

Drive refrigerated freight on steady, repeatable lanes between Texas and Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia. Memphis is a hub for this fleet. New drivers receive 4 to 6 weeks of paid mentor training at $850 per week, followed by a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo. Average weekly pay is $1,300 to $1,500, with $25 stop pay. Drivers are home about every two weeks. The fleet uses late-model Freightliners with an average age of around 1.5 years, including automatic and 10-speed transmissions. Freight is handled through a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL school.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI within 5 to 10 years, depending on when the CDL was obtained.
• Pass hair and urine testing.
• Provide 3 years of verifiable employment.
• No experience is needed for entry-level drivers; experienced drivers must have 6 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 5 years.
