CDL-A Reefer Driver - Entry Level - Paid Training Program

About The Position

Drive refrigerated freight out of an Atlanta hub. Drivers do not unload freight. New CDL holders are welcome and receive 4 to 6 weeks of training with an experienced driver, paid at $650 per week. Orientation lasts 2 days or less and pays $300. Once driving solo, pay is guaranteed at $1,000 per week for the first 3 months, with average weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,500. Drivers can expect to cover 1,900 to 2,500 miles per week and may earn a monthly performance bonus. The role uses late-model Freightliners, and drivers are home every two weeks. Pets and riders are allowed after training.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school.
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Have no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no serious violations in 12 months.
• Have no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Have no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Complete hair and urine testing.
• Provide 3 years of verifiable employment.
