About The Position

As a Right Execution Daily (RED) Surveyor, you are part of Swire Coca-Cola’s sales support staff. You help ensure accurate data entry and excellent execution by tracking display activity and entering data in the marketplace. The role involves connecting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates, and requires a vehicle to drive to various stores. The position is scheduled for four 10-hour shifts and pays $20.50. It is listed as Job Level 1.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide Swire Coca-Cola associates with guidance on achieving deliverables efficiently and with quality by explaining the RED process clearly and practically.
Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels of the business.
Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain, care for, and inventory assigned equipment.
Work with teams across the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently and support stable long-term reporting outputs.
Ensure proper quality-control procedures are used.
Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
Complete required paper and electronic work; review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiency.
