About The Position

As a Right Execution Daily (RED) Surveyor at Swire Coca-Cola, you are part of the sales support staff. You help ensure excellence in execution through accurate data entry, tracking display activity in the marketplace, and connecting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates. The position requires a vehicle and travel to various stores.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

• Experience with technology such as iPhone or smartphone devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Swire Coca-Cola, USA associates with guidance on achieving deliverables in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process clearly and practically.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels of the business.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain, care for, and inventory assigned equipment.
• Work with teams across the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently and support stable long-term reporting outputs.
• Ensure proper quality-control procedures are used.
• Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
• Complete necessary paper and electronic work; review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiencies.
