About The Position

As a Right Execution Daily (RED) Surveyor, you are part of Swire Coca-Cola’s sales support staff. You contribute to execution excellence through accurate data entry, tracking display activity in the marketplace, and connecting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates. The role requires a vehicle and travel to various stores. You will guide Swire Coca-Cola associates on the RED process, support quality control and reporting, manage weekly routing, and review displays and promotional materials. You will also complete necessary paper or electronic work and maintain assigned equipment. The position is scheduled for four 10-hour shifts and pays $21.00. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a driving record that meets company policy. The role requires the ability to lift 35 pounds. Conditional offers are subject to pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and, for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide Swire Coca-Cola associates with practical guidance on achieving deliverables through the RED process.
Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels.
Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain, care for, and inventory assigned equipment.
Work with teams across the organization to support efficient data and reporting design and stable reporting outputs.
Ensure proper quality-control procedures are used.
Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
Complete necessary paper and electronic work.
Review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiencies.
