About The Position

The Recruiting Operations Analyst keeps the driver recruiting process accurate and on track. The role reviews the recruiting system each day to ensure applicant records are current, applicants are at the appropriate hiring stage, and recruiters follow up on time. The analyst identifies stalled applicants and incorrectly updated records, communicates issues to recruiters, and escalates unresolved issues to the recruiter’s manager. The role also prepares daily and weekly reports for management on follow-up needs, record corrections, recruiting progress, and hiring numbers. This is a remote role with working hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Chicago time (Central), Monday through Friday, and requires availability during US Central business hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, operations, data entry, or a similar role.
• Experience with a CRM or applicant tracking system and Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Coursework or training in business, data, or operations is required.
• Reliable internet access and a computer.
• Availability during US Central business hours, 8 AM to 5 PM Chicago time, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Trucking or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review applicant records every working day to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor applicants’ progress through each hiring-process step and identify delays.
• Follow up with recruiters about applicants who have not moved forward.
• Identify and report incorrectly updated records.
• Message recruiters in Slack about applicants needing attention and notify their manager if there is no response.
• Prepare a daily report on applicants requiring follow-up and records needing correction.
• Prepare a weekly report on recruiting progress and hiring numbers.
• Send daily and weekly reports on time and raise issues with recruiters within one business day.
