About The Position

As a Recruiting Intern, you will work closely with the Recruiting Team to develop talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Use research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines, and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and present candidates for open positions.
• Build a pipeline of talent for future needs.
• Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company.
