About The Position

Lendz Financial is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing hiring efforts and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role will play a key part in supporting high-volume recruiting efforts within the mortgage industry, assisting with sourcing initiatives, coordinating interview processes, and managing onboarding activities for new hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within the mortgage, financial services, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines for open roles and future hiring needs using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Engage candidates through LinkedIn InMail, email, phone calls, and text outreach while building strong relationships with both active and passive talent.
  • Manage candidate movement throughout the interview process within Greenhouse, including interview coordination, scheduling, and status updates.
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through professional communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct detailed reference checks and maintain accurate candidate information.
  • Manage onboarding activities through Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto, our HR platform, ensuring onboarding tasks, new hire documentation, and checklists are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support new hires throughout the onboarding process and coordinate onboarding logistics across departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support high-volume hiring efforts while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding operations.
