About The Position

Valar Atomics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent team. This role will be responsible for the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position is crucial for the company's ability to scale by ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews are seamless, and every interaction reflects the company's high standards. This is an early-career role suitable for individuals aiming to develop in recruiting, talent operations, or HR. The position is fully on-site at the Hawthorne, CA headquarters.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hawthorne, CA.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.
