Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, or a related field, or demonstrated transferable skills through prior work experience, projects, or leadership roles.
  • Prior ATS experience, familiarity with Ashby is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace: Comfortable working in Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs on a daily basis.
  • Strong AI skills and experience with AI scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: You notice when something's off and take pride in keeping things accurate.
  • Must be able to work independently while coordinating complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to navigate scheduling processes with minimal guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Ashby, our ATS: Keep candidate records, stages, and pipeline data clean and accurate.
  • Build out new job postings in Ashby, working with the recruiting team to ensure role details, requirements, and configurations are set up correctly.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Ops Specialist to build and maintain Ashby dashboards and reports, helping the team track hiring metrics.
  • Support interview scheduling and logistics, helping ensure candidates and interviewers have everything they need.
  • Audit pipeline data regularly, flagging inconsistencies and ensuring the recruiting team has reliable, up-to-date information.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $35-$50 per hour and will depend on your qualification and skills.
