Requirements

Associate Degree OR A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily may be substituted
2 - 4 years of similar or related experience
Experience in a professional environment performing administrative and data entry tasks required

Responsibilities

Screen resumes/applications and coordinate interviews for the recruiter(s) and CAMPUS managers
Facilitate pre-employment assessments and conduct background screenings
Answer inquiries and provide feedback to candidates as needed
Assist with job advertisements and postings
Effectively communicate information about CAMPUS' culture, benefits, and compensation
Team player who can collaborate with employee engagement, human resources, and training to improve the employee experience
Enhance professional growth by gaining additional knowledge in human resources
Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets for reporting and compliance purposes
Performs other duties as assigned
Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies
