Requirements

  • Associate Degree OR A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily may be substituted
  • 2 - 4 years of similar or related experience
  • Experience in a professional environment performing administrative and data entry tasks required

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes/applications and coordinate interviews for the recruiter(s) and CAMPUS managers
  • Facilitate pre-employment assessments and conduct background screenings
  • Answer inquiries and provide feedback to candidates as needed
  • Assist with job advertisements and postings
  • Effectively communicate information about CAMPUS' culture, benefits, and compensation
  • Team player who can collaborate with employee engagement, human resources, and training to improve the employee experience
  • Enhance professional growth by gaining additional knowledge in human resources
  • Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies
