The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of a growing Recruiting team, playing an integral role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and staff of all levels to coordinate, schedule, track, and communicate with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in contributing to the team’s success by delivering a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a recruiting or professional services environment and is motivated by the opportunity to take ownership and further develop their skills within a collaborative and evolving team. This is a hybrid (in-office and remote) position based in Washington, DC.
