Requirements

  • Experience and enjoyment working in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years Sales or Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred
  • Must have proven strengths in organization, communication and follow-through
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and be adaptable to change
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must demonstrates Travel + Leisure HEART values with every interaction
  • Professional experience in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Source passive and active candidates through various job boards, events, career fairs, etc.
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
  • Assist with maintaining recruiting reports ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Attend recruiting events and represent the brand in a positive manner
  • Assist Recruiter with managing applicant flow and accurately dispositioning candidates through the various steps in Workday (Applicant Tracking System – ATS)
  • Documenting and processing offers, background checks, and onboarding / new hire forms.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates after offer acceptance and prior to Day 1 ensuring the candidate remains interested, engaged and excited about their new role
  • Consistently look for and introduce ways to enhance the employment brand messaging and collateral
  • Create and maintain an active presence on social media to include posts, comments, likes, shares, etc.
