WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Qualia is growing rapidly, and your role as a Recruiting Coordinator is to help the recruiting and hiring teams by owning all interview logistics and candidate experience. You will work with teams across the entire organization to help coordinate the interview process from start to finish. You are detail-oriented, organized, personable, and able to guide candidates through the interview process to ensure their experience is highly positive. As one of the first people at Qualia that candidates interact with, you will be making the first impression that represents who we are. This is a launchpad into a career in talent acquisition. No prior recruiting experience required - we'll teach you the craft.
