About The Position

Metropolitan Behavioral Hospital, a 144-bed behavioral health facility, provides inpatient services for adolescents, adults, and older adults; behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day; programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues; and outpatient group, family, and individual therapy. The part-time Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist supports high-volume recruitment and onboarding under the direction of the HR Director. The role develops sources of prospective employees to meet staffing needs and works with the HR Director and Hiring Managers to fulfill recruitment requirements. Responsibilities include preliminary screenings, interviews, testing, routing applications to Hiring Managers, maintaining employment records and systems, and tracking onboarding progress through the probation period. The position ensures the confidentiality of employee and patient information. This is an in-person role for 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, sales or marketing, business administration, or a similar field.
Two to four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or similar experience within an acute medical or psychiatric treatment setting.

Responsibilities
