Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or related customer-facing work.
• Comfortable with field outreach, including posting flyers and visiting community sites.
• Basic ATS and spreadsheet skills.
• Reliable transportation; some local travel across the Baltimore–Laurel corridor.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place hourly field workers for Workbridge client sites, including warehouse/fulfillment, laundry, and construction support roles.
• Run high-volume sourcing through job boards, community outreach (churches, markets, laundromats, CASA, and workforce agencies), referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen candidates by phone and in person; confirm required work authorization documents are ready for onboarding (I-9/E-Verify completed with HR).
• Keep the ATS current as the system of record; meet 24-48 hour intake-to-contact service levels.
• Coordinate start dates with the Field Operations team to ensure hires are placed on the right shift and site.
• Track weekly pipeline metrics (leads, screens, placements, no-shows) and report to the Recruiting Manager.
