About The Position
Join the Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Team at Covenant Living Communities & Services as a Recruiter! Covenant Living is one of the largest not-for-profit retirement living organizations in the nation, with 20 communities in 11 states. The role acts as a talent advisor to hiring leaders. The recruiter is responsible for consulting with hiring managers to select the best candidates using a variety of tools to source candidates. The recruiter will develop and implement a workforce plan while delivering HR operational excellence and driving the people strategy. This role is responsible for driving alignment and maximizing efficiencies across the business. This is a remote position that requires you are based in the greater Chicago area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in recruiting required
- 2+ years of work experience in healthcare/clinical recruiting highly preferred
- Experience with ATS systems required, with Workday experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough intake discussions and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Utilize full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring candidate for open positions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Create an exceptional and engaging experience for all candidates and new hires
- Schedule interviews and logistics
- Build strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates
- Ensure consistency in the application, assessment, interview and hiring process
- Proactively manage open requisition including timely communication with all candidates and hiring leaders
- Develop, execute, and monitor talent pipelining strategies, using a variety of resources and tools as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates
- Build partnerships – including identifying key institutions to work with, career fairs and out of box options to build our employee brand and talent network
- Utilize a data driven approach to tracking and reporting
- Work effectively within all available platforms, including Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Phenom (CRM)
