Under general supervision, the Success Coach/Recruiter provides front-line support, registration, clerical coordination, and customer service for the High School Equivalency Program (HEP). Supports recruitment and outreach to identify, inform, and enroll eligible students across the College’s service area. The role maintains plans/executes recruitment presentations, partnerships, and campaigns, including bilingual information where appropriate while also facilitating career exploration and some career advising for students. The position works regularly with individuals who may not speak English. This is a part-time, up to 29 hours per week position.
