About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders or requests and internal team needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to brainstorm ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative approaches to attract candidates.
• Promote job postings through marketing, social media, and community outreach.
• Interview and assess candidates to match them with opportunities.
• Build a candidate pipeline and support order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for candidates.
