Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage more than 40 customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders or requests and internal team needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience with VMS systems.
• Leadership exposure or experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop new ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative approaches to source and attract candidates.
• Promote job postings through marketing, social media, and the community.
• Interview and assess candidates to identify suitable applicants for open opportunities.
• Build a candidate pipeline and help fulfill customer orders.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 employment verification for candidates.
