About The Position
EmployBridge is hiring a Recruiter for the transportation industry in Compton, California. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and placing candidates to support customer order fulfillment. The Recruiter uses creative outreach, marketing, social media, and community engagement to build candidate pipelines, conducts interviews, and completes drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms for candidates. The position also involves collaborating with a team and managing customer orders and requests.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
- Ability to manage more than 40 customers daily.
- Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests and internal team needs.

- Leadership exposure or experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop ways to attract candidates.
- Use creative approaches to attract candidates.
- Promote job opportunities through postings, social media, and community outreach.
- Interview candidates and assess their suitability for opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of candidates and support order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms for candidates.
- Assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests, as well as internal team needs.
- Manage more than 40 customers on a daily basis.
