About The Position

EmployBridge is hiring a Recruiter in Grand Prairie, Texas, to attract, assess, and place candidates in job opportunities, supporting customer order fulfillment. Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests and internal team needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience with VMS systems.
• Leadership exposure or experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop ways to attract candidates.
