Requirements

Proven recruiting experience, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC roles, certifications, and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
