About The Position

Liquid AI is hiring a Recruiter to own searches from intake through close across Business, Go-to-Market, G&A, People Operations, and Product. The recruiter will work directly with hiring managers, business leaders, and founders to build teams that bring Liquid AI’s products to customers and support company growth. The role includes building an independent candidate pipeline, managing candidate and hiring-manager relationships, and helping develop the recruiting function while operating it. The recruiter will lead full-cycle searches, define hiring needs with managers, assess talent, maintain candidate engagement through closing, and use market and pipeline evidence to improve search outcomes. The position is based in San Francisco and requires working from the office four days per week. Liquid AI builds general-purpose AI systems designed to run efficiently across deployment targets, including data center accelerators and on-device hardware. Its systems aim for low latency, minimal memory usage, privacy, and reliability, and the company partners with enterprises in consumer electronics, automotive, life sciences, and financial services.
