About The Position

Epitec is hiring a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join its Sales & Recruiting team. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in sales and recruiting while connecting talented candidates with meaningful opportunities. This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, Arizona, and requires time onsite at client locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, sales, or business.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Interest in developing a career in sales.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Call, screen, and interview candidates to understand their experience and strengths.
• Match qualified candidates with position requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Present employment opportunities and discuss compensation packages with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Develop industry knowledge, provide excellent service, and generate referrals.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a productive, inclusive environment.
