About The Position

On Location is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the recruitment and readiness of the temporary hospitality workforce for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role manages high-volume recruiting for assigned event workforce populations, including hospitality hosts, guest-facing staff, and designated supervisory roles. As part of the Workforce Operations team, the Recruiter partners with Functional Area Leads, HR, Onboarding, and Payroll to build talent pipelines, provide a strong candidate experience, meet hiring timelines, and ensure candidates are prepared for event assignments. The Recruiter owns the candidate journey from sourcing and screening through selection and offer acceptance, then completes a handoff to the onboarding team. The role also supports workforce planning, recruiting reports, candidate engagement, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Event-period support may include onsite recruiting or workforce assistance, in partnership with the appropriate operations and Workforce Operations teams. The role primarily supports planning and recruiting from Los Angeles, with hybrid and onsite expectations determined by program needs. Travel may be required to recruiting events, partner locations, venues, and other domestic destinations. The position may require evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-event work. Onsite assignments may involve extended periods of standing and walking in active venue environments. Specific venue assignments, travel expectations, and event-period schedules will be communicated as the LA28 workforce plan is finalized.
