About The Position

On Location is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the recruitment and readiness of the temporary hospitality workforce for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role manages high-volume recruiting for assigned event workforce populations, including hospitality hosts, guest-facing staff, and designated supervisory roles. As part of Workforce Operations, the Recruiter partners with Functional Area Leads, HR, Onboarding, Payroll, and other teams to build qualified talent pipelines, provide a strong candidate experience, meet hiring timelines, and prepare candidates for event assignments. The Recruiter owns the candidate journey from sourcing and screening through selection, offer acceptance, and handoff to onboarding. The position also provides recruiting or workforce support during assigned event periods as required by the workforce plan, in partnership with operations and Workforce Operations teams. The role primarily supports workforce planning and recruiting activities from Los Angeles, with hybrid and onsite expectations determined by program needs. Travel to recruiting events, partner locations, venues, and other domestic destinations may be required. Work may include evenings, weekends, holidays, peak event periods, and, during onsite assignments, extended periods of standing and walking in active venue environments. Specific assignments and schedules will be communicated as the LA28 workforce plan is finalized.
