About The Position

Jump 450 is seeking a Performance Marketing Recruiter to hire talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. The recruiter partners with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and hiring managers to define searches and guide candidates from initial contact through offer. The role involves assessing candidates’ individual contributions, technical depth, judgment, and potential results while maintaining engagement through a thorough, multistage process. The recruiter owns searches from sourcing through offer, builds passive-candidate pipelines, conducts initial interviews, presents evidence-based candidate recommendations, and coordinates with hiring teams to gather feedback and move decisions forward. The role also supports compensation and offer conversations, maintains accurate records in Workable and Workday, keeps job and requisition details current, and identifies ways to improve assessment, candidate experience, and recruiting operations. AI tools may be used to improve recruiting workflows, with independent judgment applied to candidate evaluation and communication. Jump 450 is a high-growth digital performance marketing agency and an Omnicom Media Group Agency. The company is based in New York City and employs experts around the world. Employees may work from the New York office, home, or another comfortable location. The company describes its culture as creative and collaborative, with emphasis on learning and development, innovation, ownership, execution, problem solving, thought leadership, and collaboration.
