About The Position

Brex is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing to lead performance marketing strategy and paid media investments, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across an expanding portfolio of channels. The role partners with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing to scale an established acquisition engine, build an in-house center of excellence for performance and brand media buying, and lead a growing performance marketing team.
