About The Position

This is an in-office Recruiter position in Garland/Dallas, TX, operating Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role involves changing lives one day at a time by connecting great people with job opportunities. Responsibilities include team brainstorming, creative candidate attraction, marketing job postings and social media, interviewing, building candidate pipelines, and impacting order fulfillment. The role also includes conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to get candidates to work.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience
• 3+ years
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
