About The Position

This is a 4-6 month contract role for a Field Recruiter in Garland/Dallas, TX. The position is in-office, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and is not remote or hybrid. The company's mission is to change lives one day at a time. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, marketing job postings, interviewing, building a candidate pipeline, and managing the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
