Contract Recruiter - Industrial Staffing- Garland/Dallas, TX
About The Position
This is a 4-6 month contract role for an In-Office Contract Recruiter in Garland/Dallas, TX. The position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and is strictly in-office, not remote or hybrid. The company's mission is to change lives one day at a time. The role involves actively seeking and attracting great people to work, using creative thinking and marketing skills to stand out in postings, social media, and the community. The recruiter will use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidates, build a pipeline of potential employees, and impact order fulfillment. Responsibilities include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to get candidates to work.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
