About The Position

This is an in-office Recruiter position located in Garland/Dallas, TX, requiring Monday-Friday 8am-5pm availability. The role focuses on changing lives by finding great people for industrial staffing opportunities. Responsibilities include brainstorming recruitment strategies, using creative thinking and marketing skills for job postings and social media, interviewing candidates, building talent pipelines, and managing the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
