About The Position

This is an in-office Recruiter position focused on Industrial Staffing and Sourcing, located in North Richland Hills/Fort Worth, TX. The role operates Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and is strictly an in-office position, not remote or hybrid. The company's mission is to change lives one day at a time. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting great people to work by using creative thinking and marketing skills on postings, social media, and within the community. They will also conduct interviews to find the right candidates, build a pipeline of potential employees, and manage the drug screening, background checks, and I-9 processes to get candidates to work.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience of 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
