About The Position

This is a contract position for a Field Recruiter, lasting 4-6 months, located in North Richland Hills/Fort Worth, TX. The role is in-office, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and is not remote or hybrid. The company aims to change lives one day at a time by connecting great people with employment opportunities. The recruiter will use creative thinking, marketing skills, and interviewing techniques to attract candidates, build a talent pipeline, and impact order fulfillment. Responsibilities include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications for new hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
