About The Position

This is a contract position for a Field Recruiter in North Richland Hills/Fort Worth, TX, lasting approximately 4-6 months. The role is in-office, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and is not remote or hybrid. The company focuses on changing lives by connecting great people with job opportunities. The recruiter will use creative thinking, marketing skills, and people skills to attract and find the right candidates, build a talent pipeline, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
