About The Position

This position manages full-cycle recruiting activities while supporting broader HR initiatives and workforce planning efforts. The role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent, while also contributing to process improvements, leveraging recruiting metrics and workforce data to inform decisions, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The incumbent partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners as a trusted advisor, helping to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, maintain consistent hiring practices, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across different job families and stakeholders preferred.
  • Strong data driven‑ mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, requisitions, and stakeholders in a fast paced‑ environment.
  • Effective consultative and relationship building‑ skills with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision making.
  • Solid working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop clear, effective job postings and descriptions.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruiting tools, templates, and processes to support consistent, fair, and effective hiring practices.
  • Proactively source, assess, and engage candidates using multiple channels, including passive sourcing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as time to‑ fill, quality of hire, and candidate pipeline health; use data to identify‑ trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders.
  • Provide guidance to the hiring managers on interviewing best practices, selection decisions, and offer strategy within established guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting processes.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, process enhancements, and cross functional HR initiatives as needed.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and offboarding activities.
  • Assist with training logistics, HR communications, and employee lifecycle events to ensure timely and consistent execution.
