About The Position

Long Creek is seeking a Recreation Supervisor for its resort on the shores of Table Rock Lake. The property features 108 units and provides memorable experiences for guests. The supervisor leads activities for guests of all ages, helps keep the pool area safe and inviting, and supports the Recreation Manager with scheduling, training, and team development. The role contributes to a lively and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in resort recreation or a related field.
• CPR/AED certification, or the ability to acquire it after being hired.
• Demonstrated swimming competency.
