About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced, hands-on Recreation Supervisor to support resort activities and deliver personalized, seamless guest experiences. The role leads and assists with scheduled recreation, including outdoor sports, fitness classes, children’s programs, wellness experiences, and cultural events. It also helps develop new recreational experiences aligned with the Inn’s luxury standards and wellness culture, while collaborating across departments.

The position monitors recreational areas for safety and compliance and maintains the cleanliness, storage, and readiness of indoor and outdoor recreation areas, pools, equipment, and activity centers. It is physically active and involves lifting equipment and setting up activity spaces. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required. The position is tipped eligible; compensation details are discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service; luxury resort experience is preferred.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Comfort speaking in a group setting, with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate individual needs.
• Ability to lead and engage groups of guests of all ages in activities with enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift equipment, set up activity spaces, and remain active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests and help ensure an enjoyable, seamless experience with resort activities.
• Lead and assist with scheduled activities, including outdoor sports, fitness classes, kids’ programs, wellness experiences, and cultural events.
• Monitor recreational areas to maintain a safe environment, follow safety procedures, and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness, storage, and readiness of recreation areas, pools, equipment, and activity centers, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Assist in creating new recreational experiences that align with the Inn’s luxury standards and wellness culture.
• Collaborate daily across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
