About The Position

The City of Woodstock Recreation Department is hiring a part-time Recreation Outreach Coordinator. Working closely with the Recreation Program Manager, this position assists with day-to-day marketing and communications, social media content, promotional materials, community outreach, special events, and public communications. The position is non-exempt and hourly, with a starting rate of $21.58 and a maximum average of 28 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required within 90 days and maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Basic graphic design, photography, and/or video editing skills.
