About The Position

The Recovery Specialist I provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and is consistent with recovery-centered care principles. This is an on-call role with days and shifts varying as needed at Redwood Place, a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center serving adults ages 18 and older who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness and a developmental disability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to behavioral health issues and multicultural populations, through family relationships, volunteering, previous experience, coursework, or similar exposure.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle insurance with the applicant listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
