About The Position
The Recovery Specialist provides care responsive to the physical and psychological needs of members served, delivering direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. The role is on-call, with shifts varying as needed. The position is at Telecare’s Mark Reed Evaluation and Treatment center in McCleary, Washington. The center is a secure, 16-bed inpatient evaluation and treatment facility serving adults aged 18 and older who meet criteria for services under the Involuntary Treatment Act. The program focuses on engaging people with complex needs in recovery, health, hopes, and dreams. Employees work in a team environment focused on recovery and empowerment. The expected starting wage is $17.10–$20.61 per hour, with a full wage range up to $24.12. Pay ranges are adjusted for geographic differentials, and starting pay depends on relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Shift differentials may apply depending on shifts worked.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to behavioral health issues and multicultural populations, through exposure such as family relationships, volunteering, previous experience, or coursework.
