Recovery Specialist I (On-Call) - Mental Health 263
About The Position
The Recovery Specialist provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and delivers direct and indirect services in accordance with individual service plans and Medicaid standards. This on-call role supports adults receiving services at Telecare’s Mark Reed Evaluation and Treatment center, a secure 16-bed inpatient facility in McCleary, Washington, serving adults who meet criteria under the Involuntary Treatment Act. The program focuses on recovery and empowerment for individuals with complex needs. Shifts vary as needed. The expected starting wage range is $17.10–$20.61 per hour, with a full wage range up to $24.12. Pay is geographically adjusted and starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Shift differentials may apply depending on the shifts worked.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to behavioral health issues and multicultural populations, such as through family relationships, volunteering, prior experience, or coursework.
