About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role supports club policies, procedures, and compliance; helps maintain a safe and positive environment; and works collaboratively to meet daily GOLD Member and club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. The position is part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, including milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and organized.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases, replenish box bins, and use the cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Support a safe and positive environment for members and team members, and address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
• Work as part of a team to maintain daily GOLD Member and club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Complete required training and certification processes.
