Recovery Clerk Part Time
About The Position
The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role includes replenishing merchandise across food and non-food areas, maintaining signage and promotional plans, handling returned and re-shop merchandise, and removing cardboard. The position requires following club policies and procedures, completing required training and certifications, maintaining regular attendance, and performing other duties or working in other departments as needed. The stated schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
- Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, and ensure merchandise is properly signed.
- Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
- Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
- Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins and use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
- Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
- Maintain club policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
- Complete required training and certification processes.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
- Deliver service excellence, address and de-escalate member concerns, and help ensure a safe and positive environment.
- Execute daily club standards, including stocking items, carrying out promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized.
