About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role supports club policies, procedures, and compliance; helps maintain a safe, positive environment; and works with the team to meet daily service and club standards. Responsibilities may also include working in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Ability to perform the physical demands described in the posting, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and moving heavier or awkward objects with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, including milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins and use the cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, and full attendance.
• Support a safe, positive, inclusive environment and collaborate with the team to deliver daily club standards.
