Recovery Clerk Full Time
About The Position
The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role supports club standards by ensuring merchandise is stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is accurate, and the sales floor is clean and presentable. The clerk replenishes merchandise across milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food areas; organizes apparel, books, and other merchandise; removes cardboard and uses a cardboard baler; and returns returned or re-shop merchandise to the sales floor. Team members are expected to follow club policies and procedures, maintain regular and predictable attendance, and perform other duties or work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
- Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, ensuring merchandise is properly signed.
- Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
- Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
- Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
- Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins and use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
- Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
- Maintain club policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
