About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role includes maintaining club policies and procedures, supporting a safe and positive environment, and working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, and ensure merchandise is properly signed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases, replenish box bins, and use the cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Work collaboratively to meet club standards and deliver service excellence.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
